Soul Care Christian Counselling and Consulting (“Soul Care”, “we”) provides virtual counselling, workshops and speaking across Canada. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website.

• Contact form: your name, email, the topic you choose and your message.
• Speaker requests: your name, email, organization and event details.
• Internship applications: your contact details, program information, resume and responses.
• Group and newsletter lists: your name (if given), email and the topics you choose.
• Basic site data: like most websites, our hosting provider may record technical information such as browser type and pages visited. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are most helpful. It does not use cookies and does not track you as an individual.

Please do not share health details through our website forms. They are not intended for clinical information and are not monitored for emergencies.

Appointments, intake forms and clinical records are handled through Jane, our secure practice management platform, not through this website. Jane has its own privacy and security practices. Information you share in therapy is kept confidential, with the limits every registered therapist must follow, which your therapist will explain in your first session.

We use the information you send us only to respond to you, to arrange services you ask about, to review internship applications, or to send emails you have signed up for. We do not sell your information.

This website and its forms are hosted by Netlify. Form submissions may be stored on servers outside Canada, including in the United States, where they may be subject to the laws of that country.

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time. You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. We keep form submissions only as long as we need them for the purpose they were collected.
