Getting started
How do I book?
Choose a therapist and book a time directly through our secure Jane portal. If you are not sure who to see, contact us and we will help you find the right fit.
Do I need a referral?
No referral is required. You can book directly through our online system or contact us for a free consultation.
How do I know which therapist to choose?
Browse our team by specialty, or contact us and we will suggest someone who fits.
How many sessions do I need to commit to?
You don’t have to commit to a set number of sessions. That said, therapy works best with consistency. The first few sessions are about getting comfortable and building trust, and many clients start to notice real change around sessions 6 to 8. We encourage you to give the process that time before deciding what’s next.
Do you see children and teens?
We work with teens ages 13 to 17. We do not see young children at this time. Choose Youth on our team page to see which therapists work with teens.
Faith and culture
Do you only work with faith-based clients?
Though our practice offers faith-based support, we’re honoured to work with clients from diverse backgrounds and belief systems. Our approach
Will my therapist bring faith into every session?
Only as much as you want. You decide how much faith shows up in your sessions.
